The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. the “Company” seated in Katowice, pursuant to Art. 399 § 1 of the [Polish] Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships _the “CCCP”, hereby convokes an Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the “General Meeting”, which will be held on 28 June 2023 at 11.00 AM at the seat of the Company at ul. Porcelanowa 8 in Katowice. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the Supervisory Board gave a positive opinion on the content of the resolutions to be discussed at the General Meeting.
