In 1996-1997, Maciej Fijak worked as a Bank Inspector at Polski Bank Inwestycyjny Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 1997 to 2004, he was a Credit Counselor and Corporate Client Advisor in Kredyt Bank S.A. Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 2004 to 2008 he was a Senior Corporate Client Advisor in ING Bank Śląski S.A. Corporate Banking Center in Bielsko-Biała. From 2008 to 2009 he worked as a Large Enterprises Client Advisor at BRE Bank S.A. Corporate Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 2010 to 2012 he was Deputy Director of Capital and Financial Affairs at ATAL S.A., and from 2012 to 2017 he was the Financial Proxy there. From 2011 to 2015 he was the President of the Board in ATAL-Wysoka sp. z o.o. Since 2017 he has been running his own business Biuro Obsługi Biznesu Maciej Fijak. Between 1991 and 1996, Maciej Fijak studied geography at the Faculty of Biology and Earth Science of the Jagiellonian University, earning a Master’s degree. In the years 1994-1998, he did his undergraduate studies in Accounting at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Cracow University of Economics. In 2008-2009 he attended a one-year accounting course for independent accountants run by the Accountants Association in Poland. Between 2008 and 2010, while working in banking, he received, among other things, training in corporate finance risk assessment, active sales, foreign exchange law, real estate valuation in terms of credit risk assessment and legal aspects of loan repayment security. Zbigniew Juroszek is an entrepreneur with over 30 years’ of experience, founder and main shareholder of ATAL S.A. He is also a co-owner of the Company, along with the Company’s CEO, Mateusz Juroszek. At the beginning of his career Zbigniew Juroszek was connected with clothing and textiles branch. ATAL S.A., managed by him, was the supplier of materials for all best known Polish clothing producers. In the second half of nineties he started to operate in the real estate industry. Zbigniew Juroszek decided to construct residential complexes in Wrocław and in the next years company housing complexes appeared in other Polish major cities. He is the president of the management board of ATAL S.A. He is present on a list of 100 richest Poles prepared by Forbes. Since 2002, he is the Member of the Supervisory Board of STS S.A. (previously Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o.). Since 2013 he has been the President of the Management Board of Betplay Capital sp. z o.o., and since 2014 he has also held this position in Juroszek Investments sp. z o.o. Since 1990 he has been the President of the Board of ATAL S.A. (previously: ATAL sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo ATAL Zbigniew Juroszek), he is also involved in other companies from ATAL Group. Since 2007 he has been a partner representing the company Metan Energy P. Basista sp. j. From 2014 to 2017 he served as a Member of the Board of the Sport Your Chance Foundation. Since 2021 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Granit S.A. In 1990-1992, he studied at the Vocational School Complex in Mysłowice, where he obtained the title of Economic Technician. Milena Olszewska-Miszuris is a valuation and financial and non-financial analysis practitioner with several years of experience in the capital market. She holds three prestigious international titles: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FSA Credential (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) issued by Value Reporting Foundation (formerly SASB, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board). In the years 2000-2005 she studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and obtained the Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, as well as the Master’s degree in Finance and Banking with a specialization in Investment Banking. Currently she runs a boutique advisory company (WM Advisory Sp. z o.o.), supporting management boards in matters related to value creation, financial and non-financial reporting, valuation, investor relations and conducting trainings. She sits on the Corporate Governance Committee at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. and on the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of R22 S.A. Previously, she served on the supervisory board of Ten Square Games, as a member of the audit committee and chairman of the nominating and remuneration committee. She served as Vice President of the CFA Society Poland and is currently a member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members. She lectures at postgraduate studies at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, Cracow University of Economics and Łazarski University in Warsaw – the latter also as an expert in the Institute for Sustainable Development and Environment. She is also the initiator and Co-Chair of 30% Club Poland – a social campaign, which aims to increase the number of women in company boards. For a decade she was an analyst of listed companies in international brokerage offices. She worked at the Central Brokerage House Pekao S.A. (CDM Pekao S.A.), KBC Securities N.V. (Joint Stock Company) Branch in Poland and ING Securities S.A. Repeatedly awarded for her knowledge, insights, and market sense both in Poland (title of Analyst of the Year awarded by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Parkiet newspaper, multiple winner of the analyst ranking of the Parkiet newspaper in the TMT and retail sector category) and abroad (multiple winner of the international Extel ranking in the category of best analyst in Poland, CEE region, and best analyst of retail companies). Krzysztof Krawczyk manages the Warsaw office of CVC Capital Partners, one of the world’s leading Private Equity funds. Krzysztof Krawczyk has over 20 years of experience in Private Equity in the Central and Eastern European market. He sat on the boards of many companies from sectors such as telecommunications, media, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, both private and listed. He was a Member of the Supervisory Board in Marmite S.A. and Wirtualna Polska Group companies. Prior to joining CVC, Krzysztof was Managing Partner at Innova Capital, a Private Equity fund investing in the mid-market segment. Between 1996 and 1997 he worked as an analyst at Daiwa Institute of Research, and between 1998 and 2000 he was a senior investment analyst at Pioneer Investment Poland. Since 2020 he has been a Member of the Board of Directors of AR Packaging Group AB, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Genomtec S.A. and a Member of the Board of the “Good Energy – PKP Energetyka Foundation”. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of PKP Energetyka S.A. and Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. Krzysztof Krawczyk is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, which he completed with honors with a degree in Finance and Banking.
