Report 30/2023 Notification of transaction pursuant to Art. 19 of MAR
The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 10.10.2023 it has received notification dated 10.10.2023 of transaction relating to the Company’s financial instruments from a person closely associated to a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd., a person closely associated to Mr. Mateusz Juroszek, the President of the Management Board of the Company, who is also a member of the board of directors of Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd.
