Report 29/2023 Notifications of transactions pursuant to Art. 69 of Public Offering Act
The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 28 August it has received the notifications dated 28 August on the change of share in the total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69 Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies by Entain Holdings (CEE) Limited, Bwin Holdings (Malta) Limited and Entain PLC.
