Report 26/2023 Notification of transactions pursuant to Art. 69 of Public Offering Act
The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 25 August it has received a notification dated 24 August on the change of share in the total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69 Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies by MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna, Mr. Mateusz Juroszek and Mr. Zbigniew Juroszek.
