The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 31 May 2023 it has received notifications dated 31 May 2023 of transactions relating to the Company’s financial instruments from persons performing managerial functions, i.e. (i) Betplay Capital sp. z o.o. as an entity closely related to a person performing managerial functions Mr. Mateusz Juroszek, (ii) Juroszek Holding sp. z o.o. as an entity closely related to a person performing managerial functions Mr. Zbigniew Juroszek, (iii) MJ Investments sp. z o.o. as an entity closely related to a person performing managerial functions Mr. Mateusz Juroszek, (iv) MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji as an entity closely related to a person performing managerial functions Mr. Mateusz Juroszek, (v) Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji as an entity closely related to a person performing managerial functions Mr. Zbigniew Juroszek.
