Mateusz Juroszek is a graduate of the Faculty of Strategic Management of the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing, specialization: Strategic Management. Since 2012 he has been the President of the Management Board of STS S.A. Mateusz Juroszek has also served as Vice President of the Management Board of ATAL S.A. from 2011 to 2019. Since 2017 he has been a Member of the Management Board of Betsys Poland sp. z o.o. and is also a Member of the Management Board of Betsys s.r.o. Since 2016 he has been the President of the Management Board of STS.BET Limited, and since 2015 he has also been the President of the Management Board of STS Gaming Group Limited. From 2015 to 2021, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Juroszek Investments sp. z o.o. Since 2013 he has been the Vice President of the Management Board of Betplay Capital sp. z o.o. Since 2013 he has also been the President of the Management Board of MJ Investments sp. z o.o. From 2006 to 2011 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of ATAL S.A., from 2011 to 2019 he was the Vice President of the Management Board, and since 2019 he has been a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of this company. Since 2014, he has been a Member of the Board of the Sport is Your Chance Foundation (Fundacja Sport Twoją Szansą). Since 2015, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board of ZJ-Invest sp. z o.o., and is also a Member of the Management Board of the Association of Employers and Employees of Bookmaking Companies (Stowarzyszenie Pracodawców i Pracowników Firm Bukmacherskich). From 2015 to 2019, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of ATAL Construction sp. z o.o. From 2016 to 2019 he was a Member of the Management Board of the Association for the Liquidation of the Grey Zone of Betting in Poland “Play Legally” (Stowarzyszenie na Rzecz Likwidacji Szarej Strefy Zakładów Wzajemnych w Polsce “Graj Legalnie”). Marcin Walczysko is a Member of the Management Board of STS S.A. since 2012, and has been its Chief Operating Officer since 2010.  In 2004-2006 he worked as a Bookmaker in Profesjonal sp. z o.o. In 2006-2007, he was the eGaming Country Manager in Fortuna Group in Prague. In 2007, he worked at Oracle as a Sales Representative.  In the years 2002-2004 Marcin Walczysko studied Information and Telecommunication Systems at the University of Information Technology and Management in Bielsko-Biała, earning the title of engineer. In the years 2004-2006, he completed graduate studies in Computer Science in Management and Marketing at the University of Economics in Katowice. From 2007 to 2010 he was the Marketing Manager at Fortuna Zakłady Bukmacherskie sp. z o.o. From 2016 to 2019 he was a Member of the Management Board of the Association for the Liquidation of the Grey Zone of Betting in Poland – “Play Legally”. Since 2019 Zdzisław Kostrubała is a Member of the Management Board at STS S.A. and also heads its Legal and Compliance Department. In 1997-1998 he was a Manager at Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. (currently STS S.A.), and in the years 1999-2003 he held the position of Head of Internal Control Department. From 2004 to 2008 he was the Director responsible for the Controlling Department and a team of regional managers in Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. From 2009 to 2010 he was the President of the Management Board of Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. and from 2010 to 2019 he held the position of Advisor to the Management Board and Director. Since 2020 he has been a proxy in MJ Investments sp. z o.o. and Betplay Capital sp. z o.o. Since 2017 he has been a Member of the Board of the Sport is Your Chance Foundation. From 2015 to 2021 he served as a Member of the Review Board of the Association of Employers and Employees of Bookmaking Companies, and since 2021 he has been a Member of the Management Board there. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Member of the Management Board of the Association for the Liquidation of the Grey Zone of Betting in Poland – “Play Legally”. He has been the attorney-in-fact of STS Gaming Group Limited since 2017 and has also held this position at STS.BET Limited since 2019. In 1992-1997 Zdzisław Kostrubała studied Mining and Geology at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, specializing in Organization and Economics of Mining and received his master’s degree. In 1996 he studied at the Technische Fachhochschule “Georg Agricola” für Rohstoff, Energie und Umwelt zu Bochum as part of the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) student exchange program. In 1996-1997, Maciej Fijak worked as a Bank Inspector at Polski Bank Inwestycyjny Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 1997 to 2004, he was a Credit Counselor and Corporate Client Advisor in Kredyt Bank S.A. Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 2004 to 2008 he was a Senior Corporate Client Advisor in ING Bank Śląski S.A. Corporate Banking Center in Bielsko-Biała. From 2008 to 2009 he worked as a Large Enterprises Client Advisor at BRE Bank S.A. Corporate Branch in Bielsko-Biała. From 2010 to 2012 he was Deputy Director of Capital and Financial Affairs at ATAL S.A., and from 2012 to 2017 he was the Financial Proxy there. From 2011 to 2015 he was the President of the Board in ATAL-Wysoka sp. z o.o. Since 2017 he has been running his own business Biuro Obsługi Biznesu Maciej Fijak. Between 1991 and 1996, Maciej Fijak studied geography at the Faculty of Biology and Earth Science of the Jagiellonian University, earning a Master’s degree. In the years 1994-1998, he did his undergraduate studies in Accounting at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Cracow University of Economics. In 2008-2009 he attended a one-year accounting course for independent accountants run by the Accountants Association in Poland. Between 2008 and 2010, while working in banking, he received, among other things, training in corporate finance risk assessment, active sales, foreign exchange law, real estate valuation in terms of credit risk assessment and legal aspects of loan repayment security. Zbigniew Juroszek is an entrepreneur with over 30 years’ of experience, founder and main shareholder of ATAL S.A. He is also a co-owner of the Company, along with the Company’s CEO, Mateusz Juroszek. At the beginning of his career Zbigniew Juroszek was connected with clothing and textiles branch. ATAL S.A., managed by him, was the supplier of materials for all best known Polish clothing producers. In the second half of nineties he started to operate in the real estate industry. Zbigniew Juroszek decided to construct residential complexes in Wrocław and in the next years company housing complexes appeared in other Polish major cities. He is the president of the management board of ATAL S.A. He is present on a list of 100 richest Poles prepared by Forbes. Since 2002, he is the Member of the Supervisory Board of STS S.A. (previously Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o.). Since 2013 he has been the President of the Management Board of Betplay Capital sp. z o.o., and since 2014 he has also held this position in Juroszek Investments sp. z o.o. Since 1990 he has been the President of the Board of ATAL S.A. (previously: ATAL sp. z o.o. and Przedsiębiorstwo ATAL Zbigniew Juroszek), he is also involved in other companies from ATAL Group. Milena Olszewska-Miszuris is a valuation and financial and non-financial analysis practitioner with several years of experience in the capital market. She holds three prestigious international titles: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and FSA Credential (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) issued by Value Reporting Foundation (formerly SASB, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board). In the years 2000-2005 she studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and obtained the Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, as well as the Master’s degree in Finance and Banking with a specialization in Investment Banking. Currently she runs a boutique advisory company (WM Advisory Sp. z o.o.), supporting management boards in matters related to value creation, financial and non-financial reporting, valuation, investor relations and conducting trainings. She sits on the Corporate Governance Committee at the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. and on the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of R22 S.A. Previously, she served on the supervisory board of Ten Square Games, as a member of the audit committee and chairman of the nominating and remuneration committee.
