Report 4/2021 Receipt of notification pursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that on December 10, 2021, the Issuer received notification pursuant to Art. 69.1(1)  and Art. 87.1(2) of the Act dated July 29, 2005, on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the “Act on Public Offering”) from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (“NN PTE”) on Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny and other funds managed by NN PTE exceeding 5% of the total number of votes on the Issuer’s General Meeting.
