The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (“the Company”) announces a change in the publication date of the consolidated report for Q3 2023, which was to be published on 8 November 2023.

The consolidated  report for Q3 2023 will be made public on 29 November 2023.

Legal basis: Art. 80 sec. 2 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and interim information delivered by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
