The Management Board of STS HOLDING S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 11 October 2023 (the “EGM”), specifying the number of votes attached to the shares held and indicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the EGM and in the total number of votes:

– Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd. holding 156,725,958 ordinary bearer shares, giving the right to 156,725,958 votes at the EGM and constituting 100% of votes participating in the EGM and 100% of the total number of votes.
