Report 27/2023 Notification of transactions pursuant to Art. 69 of Public Offering Act
The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 24 August it has received a notification dated 24 August on the change of share in the total number of votes in the Company, issued pursuant to Article 69 Section 1 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.
