Sale Shares and Over-Allotment Shares

the public offering of the Offer Shares conducted in the Republic of Poland on the basis of the Prospectus, including the Polish Offering and the International Offering.

Offer Shares representing in total up to 10% of total number of Sale Shares sold by the Selling Shareholders in the Offering, i.e. in total up to 4,261,362 Shares, that may be borrowed by the Stabilization Manager from the Selling Shareholders (in proportion to the number of the Sale Shares sold by each Selling Shareholder in the Offering) pursuant to the over-allotment option granted by the Selling Shareholders in order to cover any over-allocation of the Offer Shares to the investors.
