STS Management

Since 2019 Zdzisław Kostrubała is a Member of the Management Board at STS S.A. and also heads its Legal and Compliance Department. In 1997-1998 he was a Manager at Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. (currently STS S.A.), and in the years 1999-2003 he held the position of Head of Internal Control Department. From 2004 to 2008 he was the Director responsible for the Controlling Department and a team of regional managers in Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. From 2009 to 2010 he was the President of the Management Board of Star-Typ Sport Zakłady Wzajemne sp. z o.o. and from 2010 to 2019 he held the position of Advisor to the Management Board and Director. Since 2020 he has been a proxy in MJ Investments sp. z o.o. and Betplay Capital sp. z o.o. Since 2017 he has been a Member of the Board of the Sport is Your Chance Foundation. From 2015 to 2021 he served as a Member of the Review Board of the Association of Employers and Employees of Bookmaking Companies, and since 2021 he has been a Member of the Management Board there. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Member of the Management Board of the Association for the Liquidation of the Grey Zone of Betting in Poland – “Play Legally”. He has been the attorney-in-fact of STS Gaming Group Limited since 2017 and has also held this position at STS.BET Limited since 2019. In 1992-1997 Zdzisław Kostrubała studied Mining and Geology at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, specializing in Organization and Economics of Mining and received his master’s degree. In 1996 he studied at the Technische Fachhochschule “Georg Agricola” für Rohstoff, Energie und Umwelt zu Bochum as part of the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) student exchange program. In 2017-2018, he studied Business and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia as his postgraduate studies. Więcej
