Report 6/2021 Information on stabilization actions undertaken on December 10, 2021

STS Holding S.A. (the „Issuer”) hereby reports that on December 15, 2021, it received from Goldman Sachs Europe SE, acting as stabilization manager (“Stabilization Manager”), pursuant to the prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) on November 23, 2021 (the “Prospectus), information on the following stabilization actions undertaken by the Stabilization Manager on the regulated market run by the WSE on December 10, 2021:

The stabilization actions referred to above were carried out pursuant to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016, supplementing Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programs and stabilization measures and the Underwriting Agreement (Umowa o Gwarancję Oferty, within the meaning of the Prospectus).
Legal basis: Art. 6.2 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016, supplementing Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programs and stabilization measures.
