Report 5/2021 Receipt of notification pursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that on December 14, 2021, the Issuer received notification pursuant to Art. 69.1(1) of the Act dated July 29, 2005, on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the “Act on Public Offering”) from Norges Bank on exceeding 5% of the total number of votes on the Issuer’s General Meeting. According to the notification Norges Bank acquired 10,145,400 shares in the Issuer corresponding to 6,49% of the share capital of the Issuer.
The notification is attached to this current report.
