Report 1/2022 Information on the end of the period of stabilization of the STS Holding S.A. shares listed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

STS Holding S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that, on January 10, 2022, it received a notification from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE Goldman Sachs Europe SE, acting as stabilization manager, that the stabilization period of the price of the Issuer’s shares listed on the regulated market run by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) ended on January 9, 2022. Stabilization actions were carried out pursuant to the Issuer’s prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) on November 23, 2021.
The stabilization period was from December 10, 2021, to January 9, 2022.
The price ranges within which the stabilization was performed (for each of the stabilization transaction dates) are shown below:

Accordingly, no further stabilization efforts will be undertaken with respect to the Issuer’s shares.
Legal basis: Art. 6.3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016, supplementing Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programs and stabilization measures.
